2nd Advanced Snowmobile
Advanced Snowmobile is the only international collegiate competition that focuses on improving engine/vehicle emissions. This event is relevant to most of the snowmobile, motorsports, and vehicle industries and is a fertile recruitment ground for those industries.
Student teams modify production snowmobiles to compete in a series of events to evaluate the value of the changes to the snowmobile, from an engineering, marketability, and regulatory standpoint.
This event is the culmination of many person years of effort by students and organizers that provides a training ground and a stage for students interested in engine emissions, vehicle emissions and powersports.
Open to the public for Acceleration and Handling events Thursday, February 18th, 6:30pm until complete.
Advanced Snowmobile is a low overhead organization, where all contributions are used to fund the event, there are no paid positions. Tax deductible donations are accepted and appreciated at: Donation Link
